The number of sold properties in Ottawa in December 2017, 205 condominiums and 566 residential properties, the total of 771 compared with 711 in December 2016 an increase of 8.4%.
The average sale price for condominium-class property was $255,335 a decrease of three per cent from December 2016.
The average sale price for residential-class property was $434,098 an increase of 3.4% from December 2016.
2017’s average residential and Condominium sale price was $425,063 and $269,903 an increase of 6.8 % and 3.4% over 2016. The number of units sold in Condominiums in 2017 has increased 22% which is quite significant.
