The TOTAL number of sold properties in May 2020 was 1,345 compared with 2,410 in May 2019 a decrease of 44% .
The shortage of inventory due to CIVID-19 has driven down the number of new listings for the past months.
The number of new listings are increasing and prices are going up as well.
