The total number of sold properties in June 2020 was 2,052 compared with 2,096 in June 2019 a decrease of 2% .
The average sale price for residential-class property was $575,623 an increase of 14% from June 2019.
The average sale price for condominium- class property was $360,922 an increase of 17% from June 2019.
It is a very tough market for buyers that are facing multiple offers and biding war. Most of properties are sold with no conditions.
